We deliver Australia wide using either Allied Express, Hunter Express or Fastway Couriers.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.

We offer free shipping to selected cities only. To check if your area is eligible for free shipping, simply select your product, enter your postcode, select your suburb then click on "Calculate Shipping".
Free shipping only applies to products that display the "FREE Shipping" logo.
Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.
You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched, shipping details will be supplied in the email so you can track our order online.

To confirm someone will be home to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery day.
Our courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.
If you are not present, a family member or friend can sign on your behalf.
If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier's contact details.
You will need to contact them to reschedule another delivery day.
Insurance during transit
All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.
Pick up is available at our retail store in Sydney.
