Free shipping

We offer free shipping to selected cities only. To check if your area is eligible for free shipping, simply select your product, enter your postcode, select your suburb then click on "Calculate Shipping". 

Delivery cost

Use the shipping estimater on our website to calculate ths shipping cost.

Courier company

For TV and small appliances. we deliver to most cities in Australia using either Allied Express or Aramex Couriers 
Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.     

For Bulky whitegoods, we use a delivery contracter or directly through the manufcaturer.

Delivery process ( Fridges/ Washers/Dryers/Ovens )

NSW - Eta is 2-5 days for "IN STOCK" items, we ship on selected days below. (You can select a delivery day at checkout ) You will be notified with a delivery window on the morning of the delivery.

Sydney : Monday to Saturday

Wollongong : Tuesday, Thursday

Blue Mountains : Thursday

Central Coast : Wednesday, Friday

Newcastle : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Maitland : Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Bay area : Wednesday

ACT - Eta is 2-5 days for "IN STOCK" items, we ship on selected days below. (You can select a delivery day at checkout ) You will be notified with a delivery window on the morning of the delivery.

Canberra : Monday

QLD - Eta is 5-10 days. You will be contacted with a delivery day.

Brisbane metro only

VIC - Eta is 5-10 days. You will be contacted with a delivery day.

Melbourne metro only

SA - Eta is 5-10 days. You will be contacted with a delivery day.

Adelaide metro only

WA - Eta is 5-10 days. You will be contacted with a delivery day.

Perth Metro only

Delivery process ( TV and Small appliances )

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.

You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched, shipping details will be supplied in the email so you can track our order online.

NSW   1-3   BUSINESS DAYS

VIC     2-5   BUSINESS DAYS

QLD   2-5   BUSINESS DAYS

SA      2-5   BUSINESS DAYS

WA    6-10 BUSINESS DAYS

* For metro cities, regional areas may take slightly longer.

To confirm someone will be home to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery day. 

Our courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.
If you are not present, a family member or friend can sign on your behalf.

If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier's contact details. 
You will need to contact them to reschedule another delivery day.

Insurance during transit

All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.

Store pickup

Pick up is available at our retail store in Sydney.

If you place your order online, we will contact you once your item is ready for collection.

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not have any pick up locations outside of Sydney.
