We are a genuine authorsied dealer, so all our products are ordered directly from the manufacturer in Australia.
Being an authorsied dealer, any products you purchase from Appliance Central means you will be eligible to participate in any promotions that is offered by the manufacturer.
All products come with the standard manufacturer's Australian warranty. All warranty claims are subject to the Manfacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty terms and conditions are enclosed with the product.
Extended Warranty (Customer care plan)
You have the option of purhasing extended warranty for most products on our website.
The Extended Warranty cover commences at the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty for your Product.
Our Extended warranty is covered by Lumley retail warranty (Lumley Insurance is part of Wesfarmers Insurance Limited ABN 24 000 036 279).

Making a claim under warranty
All Air Conditioners, Fridges, Washing machines, Dishwashers, Ovens and Large screen TVs come with an in-home service warranty.
You can book a service call by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Warranty contact details are packaged with the product.
Warranty is valid within Australia only.
You will need your invoice when making a claim under warranty.
Your tax invoice will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
All pricing is inclusive of GST.
Conditions of returns
You must advise us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Product must be in original packaging and unopen.
A 20% restocking fee (of purchase price) will apply
Initial delivery cost and collection fee will apply (fee will vary depending on your location)
Refunds will be issued once the item have arrived back into our warehouse and the item have been inspected per our conditions of return.
