FEATURES

The TIGER JAX-S multi-functional rice cooker allows you to prepare two dishes simultaneously with the new "tacook" synchronized cooking function. With minimal preparation and the press of a button, Tiger's Automatic Cooking Logic? system actively monitors cooking temperatures to create the perfect meal. Unlike other rice cookers, Tiger's cooking plate is specially designed so the flavors from the cooking plate do not affect the flavor or texture of the rice. Other convenient features include a slow cooker function for stews and soups as well as a porridge function for risottos or rice porridge. Two preset cooking timers allow the user to delay cooking, and with Tiger's new white and stainless steel design, it will look great in any kitchen.

Courier company

We deliver to most cities in Australia using either Allied Express or Aramex Couriers.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to a PO Box address.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to selected cities only. To check if your area is eligible for free shipping, simply select your product, enter your postcode, select your suburb then click on "Calculate Shipping". 

Free shipping only applies to products that display the "FREE Shipping" logo.

Delivery process

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days.

You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched, shipping details will be supplied in the email so you can track our order online.

* For metro cities, regional areas may take slightly longer.

To confirm someone will be home to accept the delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery day. 

Our courier driver will require a signature on delivery, so someone must be home to sign for the delivery.
If you are not present, a family member or friend can sign on your behalf.

If no one is home, a calling card will be left in your letter box with the courier's contact details. 
You will need to contact them to reschedule another delivery day.

Insurance during transit

All our products are fully insured for damages during transit. If your product is damaged on arrival, notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement for you. If the damage is clearly visible on arrival, please make a note of this on the delivery docket when signing for the delivery.

Store pickup

Pick up is available at our retail store in Sydney.

If you place your order online, we will contact you once your item is ready for collection.
If you wish to pay and pick up at our store, please contact us to confirm stock availabilty prior to attending.
(Some items may need to be transfered from our off site warehouse)

Unfortunately at this stage, we do not have any pick up locations outside of Sydney.
