If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Customer Service Policy
Appliance Central is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Cancelling an order
If we cannot stop the shipment of the order at the time of cancellation, then you will be required to refuse delivery or return the products in order to receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and;
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our costs in respect of your cancelled order.
You must advise us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Product must be in original packaging and unopen.
A 20% restocking fee (of purchase price) will apply

Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Allied Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are despatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Same day deliveries applies to sydney metro deliveries only, orders must be placed before 12pm and for items currently in stock.
Appliance Central ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 361 074 for further enquires.
All products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims are subject to the Manfacturer's terms and conditions.The manufacturer's warranty terms and condition are packaged with the product.
Please retain your Tax Invoice/Receipt as proof of purchase. This will need to be produced when making a claim under warranty. Your Tax Invoice/Receipt will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
The Extended Warranty cover commences at the expiration of the Manufacturer’s Warranty for your product. Our Extended warranty is covered by Lumley retail warranty (Lumley Insurance is part of Wesfarmers Insurance Limited).

Supply and Installation
All our "Fully Installed" pricing refers to a standard back to back installation for a single storey residential home only. Non standard installations will incur an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.
All installations are carried out by a licensed professional and comes with a 12months workmanship warranty and 5 years manufacturer's warranty.

Price Match Policy
We will match a competitor's advertised price for a product subject to the following conditions:
(1) be a registered Australian business, have an Australian Business Number and be registered for Goods and Services Tax ("GST"); and
(2) have a physical retail store located in Australia.
(1) a product sold by us;
(2) identical (i.e. same brand/model/colour/year of production);
(3) in stock (not available for back orders); and
(4) available for immediate purchase.
(1) include all delivery charges, GST and bonus offers; and
(2) be verifiable by us via confirmation of the competitors advertised price, i.e catalogue, newspaper, radio, TV, website
(3) be for non bulk/commercial quantities, retail quantities only
(4) have equivalent and verifiable forms of payment available, for example:
- if being purchased on finance, the competitor’s finance offer must be on comparable terms to ours (i.e. 12 months vs 24 months); and
- if the price is a “cash price”, we reserve the right not to offer finance terms.
(1) Competitor's clearance lines, display stock items, liquidation sales or limited stock offers; or
(2) Grey imports. "Grey imports" are products acquired from internationally based distributors other than the manufacturer's locally licensed importer. They are sometimes referred to as "direct import" or "grey market" products and are usually supplied directly to the customer from overseas.
(3) Betta reserves the right not to match a competitor price that falls below our cost price.
(4) Where the lower price is as a result of a mistake/misprint by the competitor
(1) Customers who qualify for a price match can purchase both in store and online.
(2) No further discount codes or promotions can be used in conjunction with a competitor price match.
(3) Customers who wish to make the purchases will be provided with a unique, one time use PROMO CODE that must be entered at checkout to apply the price match discount.
After you place an order using our shopping cart, We will check the information you give Us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and shipping address. To protect both you and Us from fraud, before any purchases will be despatched to you, we may request a valid ID eg Drivers Licence, to verify your identity.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with Us for any reason whatsoever. If We reject your order, We will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given Us with the order.
We will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if you are unable to prove that you are the customer (or agent/ representative) listed on the order and We reserve the right to not provide stock if proof of purchase and identity cannot be produced.
